Thomas Leone

Thomas Leone serves as Chief Investment Officer at Sompo, a role he assumed in September 2025. Previously, he spent 11 years at PartnerRe, advancing from Portfolio Manager and Head of Global Fixed Income to Chief Investment Officer in 2021. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Tom's expertise spans portfolio management, Asset Liability Management, derivatives, and trading. Tom is a CFA charter holder, and earned a master’s degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant College.
