Stephen Miran

Stephen Miran is Senior Strategist at Hudson Bay Capital. He was previously the thirty-second Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers and a member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Prior to CEA, he was a senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute for Policy Research and senior strategist at Hudson Bay Capital, served at the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the pandemic recession, and spent over a decade in the investment management industry. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University and a B.A. in economics and philosophy from Boston University.
