Paget Stanco

Paget Stanco is a Principal at Gemini, where she leads the firm’s institutional team. In her role, Paget oversees the intermediary investor segment, working with wealth managers, asset managers, family offices, and fintech platforms to drive adoption of digital assets. Gemini, as a regulated exchange, qualified custodian, and OTC trading desk, provides the secure and scalable infrastructure her team leverages to deliver innovative solutions for institutional clients.

An early employee of Gemini, Paget has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s institutional business through its growth into a leading global crypto platform and its recent IPO. With nearly a decade of experience in digital assets, she brings deep expertise at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging technologies.

Paget holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from Tufts University. Outside of her professional work, Paget serves on the Junior Committee of Guiding Eyes for the Blind, a nonprofit organization that provides guide dogs to individuals with vision loss.
