Lynne Kostakis

Lynne Kostakis is the Executive Director of Wealth Management Alternatives Investments. In this role, Lynne is responsible for shaping and driving the firm’s strategy for hedge funds and private market offerings, including private equity, private debt venture capital, real estate, and other alternative investments. Lynne oversees the development and execution of the strategy and is responsible for driving the growth of the Wealth Management alternatives investment platform, ensuring alignment with the firm’s overall objectives to deliver compelling solutions to our client base.

Most recently, Lynne was the Global Head of Client Strategy and Enablement for Northern Trust Asset Management where she was responsible for driving deliberate, disciplined design and delivery of experiences to clients. Previously, Lynne has served as Head of Client Experience, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and Head of Strategy for Northern Trust Asset Management, Institutional Client Group.

Lynne joined Northern Trust in 2016, following a distinguished fifteen-year career at Aurora Investment Management, L.L.C., most recently as Director of Allocations and Business Strategy and member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Lynne received her Bachelor of Science Degree from DePaul University and earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Lynne actively serves as a board member for Options for Youth. Previously, she served as an advisor to The Braver Collective and co-chaired the Campaign Steering Committee as a member of the Resource & Development Committee at UCAN. Lynne is also the former President of Women in Leadership, a business resource council at Northern Trust.
