Lesley Goldwasser

Lesley Goldwasser is a Managing Partner of GreensLedge, a Boutique Investment Bank with offices in New York, London, Tokyo, Seoul and Hartford. Prior to joining GreensLedge, Lesley worked at Credit Suisse as Managing Director with global responsibility for the Hedge Fund Strategic Services unit. Prior to Credit Suisse, Lesley spent twelve years at Bear Stearns where she was co‐head of Global Debt and Equity Capital Markets and Global Structured Products. Prior to her tenure at Bear Stearns, Lesley spent twelve years at Credit Suisse in progressively more senior management positions including responsibility for both the Asset Backed and Non‐Agency Mortgage Trading Desks.

Lesley is currently the lead independent director of Tiptree Financial Inc. (Nasdaq:TIPT), on the board of Liquid Telecom. She is former lead independent director of Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE: FBC).

Lesley is co‐Founder of Zara’s Center, an after school safe haven for AIDS impacted children in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, on the board of The Miami Music Festival and WOPHA, a nonprofit organization founded to research, promote, support, and educate on the role of women in photography. In 2008, Lesley was Executive Producer of the Liyana USA Tour featuring a group of physically disabled Zimbabwean
musicians. The subsequent HBO documentary “Music by Prudence” won an Oscar at the 2010 Academy Awards. Lesley, together with her husband Jonathan Plutzik, is principal owner of The Betsy – South
Beach, a luxury hotel with an expansive community.
