Dr. Julie Chen graduated Summa Cum Laude, Provost Scholar from University of Rochester with BA in Public Health and with AOA and AMWA honors from University of Rochester School of Medicine with MD with Distinction in Research. Dr. Chen is a fellowship-trained integrative/internal medicine physician.

She is the Chief Medical Officer for Radence and Sidestep Health AI, an RA venture company. Dr Chen holds a leadership circle advisory role for Buck Institute as well. She is also the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Wisdom in Wellness. Her roles have included Chief Medical Officer of Human Longevity Inc./Medical Director of Human Longevity SF, Chief Clinical Officer at Vitagene/1health.io/Tachin AI, Medical Advisor for Douglas Laboratories for product development, Founder of Making Healthy EZ, and Medical Advisor for BaseHealth. She had her own integrative medicine clinic before transitioning to a leadership role at Human Longevity, then onto Radence and Sidestep Health AI. She was named as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Biotechnology by Healthcare Technology Report in 2023.

She has had over 10 years of clinical research experience with numerous publications from institutions such as National Cancer Institute, FDA, Clinical Center at National Institutes of Health, Mount Sinai, USC, and UC Irvine, with multiple medical publications. She has also been integral in the development of corporate wellness clinics at several prominent silicon valley-based corporations.

She has been featured on TV as a medical expert on New Jersey News 12, KABC-LA, Chicago FOX 32 News, The Doctors, Dr. Oz, and Days with Zahrah on ABC.

She has been a recurring columnist for sites like Huffington Post.
