Daniel Lee

Dan Lee joined Antarctica Capital in 2025 as a member of senior management, where he focuses on leveraging his diverse investment and capital formation background to further develop Antarctica’s insurance and asset management businesses.

Previously, Dan served as an investment professional at Oak Hill Advisors (“OHA”) with a primary focus on GP solutions financin,g where he had additional responsibility for investment product development and corporate strategy and M&A.

Prior to joining OHA, Mr. Lee was a Managing Director and the Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations for North America at 17Capital. He previously worked as Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations at Aethon Energy Management and Aquiline Capital Partners. Dan began his career as an investment banker covering the insurance sector.

Dan earned a B.A. in Government and Religious Studies from St. Lawrence University.
