Clifford Kurz

Clifford Kurz is a Director in the Corporate Ratings group at S&P Global Ratings. Based in Hong Kong, Clifford is the lead analyst for the Greater China Technology, Media, Telecoms, and Transportation analytical team. Previously, Clifford was part of the Greater China consumer team, responsible for credits in consumer, healthcare, and gaming sectors.

Before joining S&P Global Ratings, Clifford was a Senior Research Associate at Sanford Bernstein covering the China Consumer Staples and Gaming sectors. Prior to Sanford Bernstein, he was a Research Associate at CLSA Americas in New York, where he helped launch coverage for the US Gaming and IT Services sectors.

Clifford is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College.
